DISTRIBUTION
Emotion Food Company's distribution network in Switzerland comprises three distinct categories of operators who are perfectly able to meet the diverse supply and insurance reimbursement requirements of our institutional clients (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers and others).
Since 2019 we have activated the Spanish subsidiary Emotion Food Iberica.
We can now serve our institutional clients in European Union countries.
In Latin America, Emotion Food Company has chosen Bonsouc as its reference partner for all distribution activities and technical advice to customers in Latin America.
Homecare Distributors
In order to ensure better monitoring of dysphagic patients in institutions and at home, in 2024 Emotion Food Company SA launched a collaboration program with the thirteen Swiss Homecare companies which are certified by the Swiss Society of Clinical Nutrition (SSNC) and recognized by health insurance companies.

AxelCare provides nutritional and respiratory support for patients at home and in institutions throughout Switzerland. We provide adapted products and equipment, as well as medications, while ensuring direct billing to insurance companies. For the EasyBase and Xantacorn, Axelcare supports nursing home caregivers with the administrative procedures for reimbursement, delivers monthly kitchen supplies, and bills insurance companies directly. Our nursing home partners thus benefit from reduced costs associated with the use of the EasyBase and Xantacorn.

At HomeCare Bichsel, we take care of all the necessary steps to provide artificial nutrition directly at home.
We deliver oral dietary supplements to patients in need using our own fleet throughout Switzerland. Upon presentation of a medical prescription with the appropriate information, we bill the costs directly to the health insurance company.
